Ukraine has been seeking the MQ-9 Reaper, developed by General Atomics, as it anticipates another major counteroffensive later in the year. The drone is renowned for its extended endurance and payload capacity, capable of flying for about 27 hours at altitudes up to 50,000 feet, carrying up to 3,850 pounds.
