The Black Sea Fleet, already reduced by approximately half from its pre-war strength due to sustained Ukrainian attacks, faces a bleak future. As long as Turkey maintains its blockage of warship passage through the Bosporus Strait, Russia’s ability to reinforce its diminished fleet is severely constrained.
